Welcome to one of our favorite Miramar Beach, Florida, rentals - My Beach Getaway. This cozy condo sits right across from the beach, and beach service is included seasonally. You're going to love the beautiful updates the Owner just completed - from fresh new wood tile floors throughout, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances, you'll feel right at home here. The bedroom boasts a comfy Queen size bed, as well as a closet and TV with cable. In the main hallway, you'll find the built-in Twin bunkbeds (2) that are great for the kiddos.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you could need, like cookware, dinnerware, cups, silverware, and so much more. A coffee maker, blender, and toaster are also provided. The kitchen opens up to the breakfast bar and cozy living space, where you'll find a sofa sleeper, leather recliner and a club chair, and a TV with cable. Your shared bathroom is quite large and can be accessed by either the bedroom or the kitchen. And last but not least, we can't forget your private balcony where you can breathe in the salty air and relax on your well-deserved vacation.
There are several laundry rooms on property, and they take cash and card. 2 pools are available to you, with 1 being heated during the winter months. A hot tub is also on-site, as well as plenty of parking for 2 vehicles (no assigned parking). Come enjoy truly relaxing beach life at Gulfview 222!

Occupancy: Max 6 guests allowed.
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking the reservation.
Security Verification: Must complete security verification to secure verification.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the home or near doors and windows.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels indoors. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in outdoor bins before departure.
Departure: Turn off all lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors and windows when leaving.
