Fenced and Gated Buckhead Private Estate with the ultimate privacy. Living in the premier neighborhood Tuxedo Park,! OUR POOL IS HEATED( for a nominal fee) AND OPEN ALL YEAR LONG. Just minutes from The Buckhead Village District ( The Shops) (2.2miles) and blocks away from The Governor's Mansion( 0.2miles),The St Regis Hotel ( 0.8miles), and the famous Lenox Mall(1.8miles).This fully furnished home is gated with professionally landscaped grounds on almost 2 acres. Beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings with lots of space, with a 3 car indoor garage. Overall, its 8,000 sq ft (Approximately 6,000 sq ft of indwelling space and 2,000 sq ft pool house with 2 toilets stalls and a separateshower) yet it feels cozy. The serene backyard includes tall Fir/Pine trees that line up the periphery of the outdoor space, a large pool, infinity hot tub and a pool house. Enjoy having two separate covered Patios located off the kitchen and family room. Can park up to 10-14 vehicles on the paved driveway, and includes a 3 car garage. Welcome to paradise! This is the perfect house for a home away from home feeling for A MINIMUM of 2-3 nights. Vehicles should not be parked on the lawn, please. Fine per vehicle is $250. We will have to assess damage to our well manicured lawn if this rule is broken. Vehicles should not be parked outside the compound along the street as it can interfere with traffic. This is a safe residential neighborhood and we aspire to maintain the neighborhood's calm against excessive noise that disrupt neighborhood peace which has been rare thankfully.. My stay at this Buckhead estate was wonderful. The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and exactly as described — the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it perfect for both relaxation and entertaining. The gated entrance and private setting gave us a great sense of security, while the location was very convenient, just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Everything was clean and well maintained, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Overall, it was a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a high-end stay in Atlanta.

The property is beautiful and in a beautiful location. The home is excellently decorated, including beautiful art. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. He was exceptionally accommodating. My guests loved their stay and were very comfortable in every way. We had an amazing experience.
