Very happy with this property and would highly recommend.

Perfect location, I was in town for work and apartment was 5 minute walk from site. Julius is an excellent host. Flat was warm and comfortable and WiFi was good. Would highly recommend for both business or pleasure. 2 minute walk to the Saltoun Hotel for good food and beer.

Second time at these apartments, would recommend them

Lovely little apartment, good location in the centre of town. Very clean, good facilities.

The mattress was poor quality, when we both got in the bed we rolled into the middle.... whether this was because the mattress was old or just very cheap I dont know but it was not very comfortable. Also the toilet bowl was loose, when you sat on it if you moved from one hip to the other you actually felt it lift up from the floor!!

Nice but no hot H2O

The place suited our needs nicely for the most part. We could have stayed here longer. The back bedroom was quiet and comfortable. This isn't to say the place was perfect.

The biggest problem was no hot water in the shower and no heating in the flat. We followed the scant directions for the heating. We had it on manual as we were instructed to do, but no heat came on. Luckily, it wasn't truly cold outside, which left the flat only chilly, not outright cold. On the other hand, the lack of hot water made me wonder what I was paying for. Hot water is the barest essential. We were only there overnight otherwise, I would have tried to work this out with our contact person, but even on a short stay a hot shower should be the lowest possible bar.

Central location. Flat was well presented & comfortable.

Noise from the street, people & cars, on both Friday & Saturday night. Hot water didn't work on Saturday night or Sunday morning, resulting in cold showers. Bathroom light located in one of the bedrooms.

Very modern and great layout in the apartment. All mod cons available. Centrally located and parking right outside.

The cleaner turned up very early on morning of checkout, and we were made to feel rushed out, even though we still had 30 minutes to checkout time

One night stop on the way to highlands

Very nice property. All clean, very smart designed accommodation. Fully equipped kitchen. Well working wi-fi. All clean, well maintained. Highly recommendable for few days short stay. For folks with more fragile sleep, the noise made by birds during the night and early morning might be a bit disturbing, yet nothing, the host can do about. Self check in and check out. Clear instructions. Parking nearby. All good.

Well equipped and very clean. Good shower too. The apartment had everything I needed and was decently furnished. Great location in the centre of town. Would recommend and will happily stay there again when next in Fraserburgh.

The WiFi could be better and hopefully this will be something the owner will address at some point soon. The apartment was on the second floor and there’s no lift. That didn’t bother me but wouldn’t be good for anyone with mobility issues. The seagulls are (inevitably) noisy but I brought a fan with me and that successfully drowned the sound of them out. Obviously the owner can’t do anything about the seagulls! I mention it only so other guests are aware.

Lovely and spacious with everything you would need including an air fryer.

The fridge wasn’t turned on when we got there and we had to message about how to work it. We got a quick response and it did cool down quickly just a small inconvenience as we had things that needed to go in the fridge when we got there.

Delightful spacious apartment in town centre

Spacious apartment, very clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. Excellent value for money and central location means it is an easy walk to restaurants and harbour and the very interesting Lighthouse Museum. Note that as it is on a main road there is only restricted parking in front the apartment, free long term parking is available 3 min walk away.

A little disappointed.....

The apartment was very tastefully decorated, the shower was really nice too.

I bumped my head while climbing the stairs, there is not a warning sign for going up the stairs only for going down. There was no coat hangers or anywhere to hang up clothes, I was up for a birthday party therefore my clothes didn't look very good. Parking was not free, I had to pay for parking up until 6pm and my car got covered in bird poo over the two nights, the seagulls also enjoyed access to the roof at 4 30am meaning you couldn't have a decent sleep. The Internet was also very poor in the upper accommodation, I am an online gamer and had some work to do from the property, it didn't meet expectations.

The decor was lovely, really modern and clean. The property itself is very central being just off the high street but there was no noise at all. The bed was very comfortable and generally would 100% recommend We will definitley visit again

Very comfortable bed. Apartment clean and tidy. Well set out with everything required for a short stay. Liked the kitchen and breakfast bar.

Perfect apartment, perfect location

From start to finish the apartment was perfect, all the instructions had been sent to me the day before, with access code and keysafe details once you entered the property. The property was clean, very well fitted out, lovely comfy bed, really nice bathroom. The apartment was situated in a perfect spot 2 mins from the High Street, with its array of shops. 100% would recommend people to stay here.

My only concern at the time was not having parking directly outside, there is parking but its all metred so you could only park at certain times of the day, but the host advised parking in Castle Street carpark which was approx 5 mins from the apartment, it ended up being absolutely fine, but when you don't know the are it can feel a bit daunting initially.

The location of the apartment was perfect for my needs and was a lot more modern than what I would have expected, especially for the price of it.

The Wi-Fi was hit or miss; as someone who needs Wi-Fi to work, when I came to the apartment after a day where I was, I it was a struggle to connect my laptop and carry on some work
