Cozy & Quiet Studio w/ Porch, Near Scenic Railway!

Absolutely loved the area! It was secluded into the mountains but not too tucked away. The drive up is kind of narrow but completely doable, so just keep that in mind. Besides that, the hosts were super kind, they prepped everything that you think you would need from kitchen appliances to bathroom necessities. Hosts live on sight, just upstairs.

The lock on the front door wouldn’t automatically lock like it said it did, you had to mess around with it to make sure it actually lock. You couldn’t tell if it was locked or not from the inside because it could just be opened regardless. We had one person stand outside and another figure out the lock from the inside. I was a little uneasy, I think it might be better if there was another deadbolt on top to ensure that everything is secure.

Clean and quiet!

The narrow entrance was a little unsettling but the more I drove it, it became less of an issue.

This is a beautiful place in a beautiful setting. Hostess was very helpful, including sending me something I forgot. We were here last year and decided to return this year because we liked it so much.

Remote and no one to bother us.

If the lights were on dimmers and had control of air conditioning it would have made it perfect!
