Near perfect condition with nice nautical theme. But overall, a really great place.
Opening the lock box was a little challenging and back indoor family room was locked and inaccessible.

Very clean & comfortable! Very quiet neighborhood ! Loved the large shower in the master bathroom! The New sunroom is beautiful & cozy ! Owner is very pleasant to speak with on the phone ! Lots of room to park outside !
