Really lovely little cottage
Really great location, the enclosed garden was great peace of mind for the dog, hot tub was great and the property itself is finished to a really great high standard.

Exceptional
Had the most amazing stay here. The most relaxing NYE we’ve ever had. Owner contacted us once cleaners had been in so we could check in nice and early, then arrived to the nicest welcome package of Prosecco, chocolates and doggy treats. Location within the village is great. Good for walking and close to all restaurants and pubs etc. We can't wait to come back. Have already looked for New year 2022 but can see it has already been booked so may give Foxes corner a try! Thanks again. Jayne, Lee & Teddy

One-of-a-kind experience!
Everything you could possibly need was provided from robes to cutlery to firewood. The value for money was amazing and it felt like such a personal and luxurious stay! Will definitely be recommending and returning!
I can’t think of anything to complain about, perhaps an earlier check-in time being made available to make more of the first day there?

The location was superb. Beautifully presented. All the mod cons you need. Lovely gifts on arrival. Close to all amenities but very quiet & peaceful.

Excellent get away in a lovely location
It by far exceeded our expectations. Set in a lovely little village the cottage was everything and more than what we'd imagined. The perfect way to spend a honeymoon. There's lots to do in Grasmere itself and regular buses meant we weren't short of having day trips to nearby places either! The hot tub also meant we could spend quiet nights relaxing under the stars. If you're going to the lakes this is the place to book and the area to go!
