Love the water? Vacation on a 5-acre spring-fed lake (stocked for fishing) with a walkway wrapping around, a community heated swimming pool and hot tub, just minutes from the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria - a barrier island between the turquoise Gulf of Mexico and mainland Florida.
Spacious open living area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, attached garage, and a screened Lanai with a Lakefront view – all on the ground floor. Stocked linen closet with towels, linens, beach towels, washer, and dryer. Free Wi-Fi, HD cable & 65" UHD 4K smart TV.
Our HOA requires a minimum 30-day rental.
Our clubhouse features a heated pool, hot tub, steam room, small gym, ping-pong table, and regular planned social events. We are very close to Palma Sola Bay, Robinson Preserve, Neal Preserve - enjoyable to bike around in, DeSoto National Memorial Park, GT Bray Recreation Center, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants.
Bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas are ready for your use. There is so much to enjoy: Sunset cruises, artificial reefs, bike paths, greenways / trails, kayaking through exotic mangrove tunnels, beach horseback rides, etc.
As our condo is a smoke-free living environment, we have a strict no smoking policy – “smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, burning, vaping, or carrying any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, or any other device containing any tobacco product, or any other leaf, weed, plant or other products – neither in the condo, or garage, nor on the Lanai.

Our family had a great extended stay at La Isla! When we arrived the property was extremely clean and comfortable. The check process was extremely easy and the unit was exactly as advertised. The development felt very safe with the security gate and close neighborhood. We loved walking around the lake and listening to the wildlife from the back patio. This was the perfect extended stay for our family. We have regularly used VRBO but rarely found a host who was as helpful and as friendly as Ernie. Our family would highly recommend La Isla for your stay in the Bradenton, FL area!

Ernie was the absolute best host we could have asked for! He was super accommodating to our changing schedules and was very quick to respond anytime we needed him. The property was beautiful and had many amenities for a short or longer term stay! We could not recommend this place more!! If you are ever in the area, you should absolutely stay here!!
