From the minute you walk in the front door, the wide open concept floor plan with modern, floating staircase and vaulted two story great room, provides the perfect layout for gathering. Natural light flows in from 22 oversized windows, each showcasing the beautiful lake.
Fully stocked open concept kitchen, top of the line GE appliances, beautiful granite countertops and massive center island, boast everything you need to feed and entertain a crowd. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and silverware as well as two dish washers to keep up with the demands. Crock pot, Instantpot, griddle, double oven, Kitchenaid, Vitamix, waffle iron, Cutco knives, and Propane grill will allow you to prepare food in any way imaginable.
Each living area was designed to give everyone a place to sit back, relax, and socialize. Oversized kitchen table with seating for 10. Kitchen island with 5 barstools. Sectional sofa in great room with seating for 10. Beautiful transition to a secondary living room, via double sided gas fireplace, with an additional sofa (queen sofa sleeper) and two love seats. Third story loft with additional seating for 5 (and insanely beautiful views of the lake). Outdoor table for 8, as well as an outdoor sofa and two swivel chairs for 6.

Two beautifully kept golf courses, a 9 hole (directly on the island) and an 18 hole (located in town) as well as a community pool are available for your enjoyment, for a small fee. Holiday Island Marina is 1.5 miles away and offers boat, jet ski, canoe and kayak rentals. If you have your own boat, feel free to bring it, as we have plenty of parking, and the marina has a free boat launch and plenty of gas and food to enjoy. Mountain bikers will love how close you are to endless miles of trails. The historic town of Eureka Springs AR is right up the road and Branson MO is less than an hour away.
