From the minute you walk in the front door, the wide open concept floor plan with modern, floating staircase and vaulted two story great room, provides the perfect layout for gathering. Natural light flows in from 22 oversized windows, each showcasing the beautiful lake.
Fully stocked open concept kitchen, top of the line GE appliances, beautiful granite countertops and massive center island, boast everything you need to feed and entertain a crowd. Plenty of pots and pans, plates, cups and silverware as well as two dish washers to keep up with the demands. Crock pot, Instantpot, griddle, double oven, Kitchenaid, Vitamix, waffle iron, Cutco knives, and Propane grill will allow you to prepare food in any way imaginable.
Each living area was designed to give everyone a place to sit back, relax, and socialize. Oversized kitchen table with seating for 10. Kitchen island with 5 barstools. Sectional sofa in great room with seating for 10. Beautiful transition to a secondary living room, via double sided gas fireplace, with an additional sofa (queen sofa sleeper) and two love seats. Third story loft with additional seating for 5 (and insanely beautiful views of the lake). Outdoor table for 8, as well as an outdoor sofa and two swivel chairs for 6.

Located on the beautiful Holiday Island. Guests can enjoy community tennis courts, basketball court, pickle ball court, and a park that are only a short walk away. Two beautifully kept golf courses, a 9 hole (directly on the island) and an 18 hole (located in town) as well as a community pool are available for your enjoyment, for a small fee. Holiday Island Marina is 1.5 miles away and offers boat, jet ski, canoe and kayak rentals. If you have your own boat, feel free to bring it, as we have plenty of parking, and the marina has a free boat launch and plenty of gas and food to enjoy. Mountain bikers will love how close you are to endless miles of trails. The historic town of Eureka Springs AR is right up the road and Branson MO is less than an hour away.

The house was as described in the VRBO ad.Brad , the owner, responded immediately to my message a day after we checked outMy granddaughter left behind a beloved teddy bear.Brad, gave me access to his house and I was able to search for the bear.Alas I did not find the bear but I so appreciated the quick response from the owner.Thank you our family had a great stay.

The property was far in the mountains with awesome views approaching and on the property. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. And the view of the lake was incredible. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped for our cooking and personal needs. The beds were the best I ever slept on, including my bed at home. I had to call the host a couple of times, but he was very accommodating and willingly adhered to the issues. There were very minor things such as the breaker click off in the kitchen and the battery went out on the smart touch faucet. But all was rectified immediately. I and my guest truly enjoyed our stay!! Many games and entertainment just as advertised in the listing. Beautiful property from the front door to the back yard. Just wished there would have been more seating for the patio on the lower deck for us all to sit and enjoy the beautiful backyard views. I definitely want to stay here again very soon! Thanks Bradlee for a wonderful stay in your home. You were a gracious host

This house sits on the lake with a beach with trees for shade. We had 2 boats and 21 people in our house! The boats ran in front of the beach while the rest sat on beach or in water. What a great family vacation!
