About this house rental
Beautifully decorated and newly furnished Pool home in beautiful Palm Aire off University Blvd.
Just Minutes to the Mall, Airport, Downtown and the Beaches.
One road in, one road out of our small subdivision. Great for walking and biking with very little traffic.
A luxurious home with 9 1/2-foot ceilings. Decor includes a new 70-inch flat screen TV in the family room. Sliders to lanai and large pool from the Family room, Kitchen, Living room and Master bedroom.
The MBR has a king size bed, second TV and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large walk closet.
The second bedroom has Queen bed and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has 2 sets of twin bunk beds and walk in closet.
The second bathroom has a tub and shower and door out to the pool.
*Pool can be heated in cooler months (December-April) for an additional charge of 25.00 a day. Please request before arrival so it's heated when you check-in*
There is a full laundry room with new washer and dryer.
The dining room has 6 chairs but can accommodate eight. The kitchen is well equipped with new appliances including a large fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, garburator, utensils, dishware, Keurig, toaster and blender.
There is a 2-car garage to park your car(s). The home is fully air conditioned and equipped with beach chairs and coolers as it is only 20 Min. to the beach

We absolutely loved our stay at Ranger Station! The location was very convenient and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful and one of the best well-equipped rentals we've ever stayed in! It felt like we were at home! Rick was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be staying here again! Thanks so much!

The perfect home for a family getaway with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the space. Great location, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed. It's our second time here, and we'd stay again!
