A 300-square-meter luxury villa with a saltwater pool that is covered and heated year-round. - Accommodates up to 18 people—perfect for gathering with friends and family in a luxurious and welcoming setting! Situated in a quiet location in the charming village of Achères-la-Forêt, near the forest and the Massif des 3 Pignons. Located 66 km south of Paris (Porte d’Italie)—5 minutes from the A6 highway and 12 km from Fontainebleau, famous for some of Europe’s most renowned rock climbing sites.
The property features a sauna, a modern 30 m² kitchen, a dining room that opens onto a 90 m² living room with foosball and a pool table; 7 comfortable bedrooms and a 24 m² common area that can be used as a dormitory; and 3 bathrooms.
Outside, there are 2 large terraces with a jacuzzi, a BBQ area, and a large 4,000 m² garden with trees, a hammock, a ping-pong table, and a trampoline. The heated outdoor pool is available year-round.
Our spacious home, with its open layouts, large and spacious kitchen, numerous bedrooms, and outdoor recreational areas, offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation.
Ideal for weekends with friends or family, you’ll find comfort and the tranquility of the countryside here, while still being close to Fontainebleau (just 12 km away).
