Hotel is rather old. Carpet is dirty and sticky. Reception computers too often break down and not functioning. Restaurant food quality is significantly degraded as compared previously yrs. Overall, it does not fit for the standard of 4 star hotel

Reasonable location ( not center but with metro number 9 and easy taxi around)
Old and dirty carpet. Quality and types of food in restaurants are poor. Poor quality cafe. Broken non function computers in reception too frequently
