Sea view is perfect, especially from upper floors. Pool is extra clean, and somehow protected from passenger's view, enabling full joy. Host is very kind, present and helpful.
For me, although not related to facility, is absence of natural shadow on beach, like trees.

Everything that matters is great. Whole complex with these two buildings is well planned and well maintained. There are vending machines with basics under the stairs. Pool is clean and kids pool is a win to have. Staff is very flexible and friendly.
Parking spots are quite narrow. Road next to it is super busy. Location is not ideal. Not much going on, but you can figure that out when booking it.

Location was very comfortable, nice pool, close to beach. Quiet neighbourhood
