Location- very close to the beaches, harbour and High Street. Also the parking space and outdoor space.

Cleanliness - a surface level clean was done but it needs a spring clean and all soft furnishings smelt strongly of dogs. I was left with half a dirty dishwasher load and no tablets to clean it with. There was no kitchen or bathroom bin just a big bin liner of food waste and rubbish left in the laundry room, the external bin was full too. This wasn’t great in c30 degrees. Facilities- there were basics missing like kitchen and bathroom bins, a useable frying pan, enough cutlery, a clothes airer or washing line. A fan in this weather would have been appreciated too. Again for the price some a bit of hand wash, washing up liquid or a loo roll to start people off would be a nice touch. Generally there was an impression of lack of care. I believe it is run by an estate agent rather than an owner, maybe that is the reason. The location does outweigh these issues, but it is a shame that the people that run/own this don’t aim for making it a better experience- it wouldn’t cost much.

No dish washer tablets + washing up liquid empty. Only three plastic coat hangers in double bedroom. One full toilet roll. No welcome pack. Only 3 mugs + mismatched glassed and crockery. Poor quality of bedding. No frills. Saucepan cupboards dirty with crumbs around toaster. All very basic and a little mean.
