The attended Mr Haneef is extremely helpful.

It would be great to have flood lights outside house where car get parked.

The location of the property is perfect, with a beautiful view, and you can also go for walks and hikes freely with family and children.

I enjoyed my stay, nothing to dislike.

I like the top floor more than the ground floor

The rooms were comfortable and we slept well. The electric heaters/heating system worked properly, which made the stay warm and easy. The kitchen was okay for basic use and we were able to spend a good time together as a family. Overall, the apartment had a nice space and felt suitable for two couples.

We stayed in this apartment as two couples (my husband and I, plus my brother-in-law and sister-in-law). Overall, the room itself was good and the place was decent, but we faced several issues that affected our stay. The biggest problem was the TV. It was not working, and the remote was also not functional. We even went to the market to buy new batteries, but the TV still didn’t work. We contacted the person for help and were told someone would come, but no one showed up. We also had multiple maintenance issues: The glass partition door between the kitchen and TV lounge was stuck and didn’t open/close properly. It also felt unsafe and risky, like it could break with normal use. There was no warm/hot water from the kitchen tap. The room door lock wasn’t working properly, and the door was stuck, so we couldn’t lock/close it properly which was uncomfortable for privacy. Lighting was very poor—only one bulb was working in one room and one in the TV lounge, making the apartment feel gloomy. The apartment has potential and the room was fine, but these issues (especially the non-working TV, unsafe partition, and door lock problem) need urgent fixing. I hope the management improves these things for future guests.
