The room had a weird odor at first. The A.C. Turned on a the odor went away.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. They also had a nice selection of breakfast options.
The shower head in my room had extremely high pressure. It felt more like a pressure washer than a shower, and it even turned my skin red. The bed was okay, but the cover was dirty, and so was the mattress. This significantly impacted the overall experience and my rating for the hotel. Additionally, there was only one working elevator, which sometimes resulted in long wait times.

Location, friendly staff, clean, good breakfast, nice pool.
Small rooms, even smaller bathroom with no room to put my toiletries. For me the toilet was un usable. It set so low to the floor and ans squeezed in between the sink and wall. I had to use the lobby restroom. Very unhandy.
Why did Hyatt chose to install the cheapest toilet made? No chance I'll stay.at another Hyatt..
