It is located in one of the most visited areas of the island, the area of the three golden sand beaches (Scaglieri, Biodola and Forno) within walking distance of each other.

The 25 sqm structure enjoys a spectacular view of the crystalline sea, and also has a large outdoor area equipped to enjoy the breathtaking view and to eat outdoors on the sea. The apartment consists of a living area with a new and well-equipped kitchenette, a double bed and, on request, a cot for a child up to 10 years old, a bathroom with shower.
