Building a new home nearby and needed to vist for logistics.

This property is in need on repairs or additions: front BR shower pole is rusty and you can't hang a towel (which are like sandpaper) without it being stained; kitchen is short of items like ONE frying pan, ONE dish towel, etc; washer is ready to die any minute/loud; dishwasher does not dry and is as basic and featureless as it comes...would expect more from a rental at this price. We have stayed in many TB condos and this leaves a lot to be desired. The last four days of our stay there was construction upstairs during the day which was very loud and distracting; sometimes could not hold a conversation with the person feet away (we complained and did receive a small credit)...we will NOT be staying here again and would not recommend. Note: A/C was good and cool and without limits on the lowering the temp. which was nice.
