That the booking.com stole My money, I got scam for $375, then they stole $2,684.09 from my bank account that everybody seems to ignore, and no one's taking me seriously but my bank is in this is under investigation, where I'm going to be pressing charges whoever stole money from my account, and whomever is involved with this scam that booking.com is allowing, because they have not returned my money, and it keep on faking like they're going to look into it, well I'm going to be pressing charges, I am outraged and I'm sick and tired people saying oh I'm sorry we'll look into it and do absolutely nothing about it well I'm going to take charge and I'm going to do something about it and people are going to know that I got robbed but I wanted booking.com agents and they're trying to look the other way and act like it didn't happen or make excuses , so scandalous and label standard of a company to allow these things to continue to happen under their watch, I recently reached out this week or have a manager contact me four different times no one has responded only with more lies and fake documents

We enjoyed the in house casino and restaurant offering several different bars and restaurants

There is a $135 cleaning fee however we spent 8 hours in the room collectively and clean up after ourselves, feel as though the cleaning fee should be a deposit for as needed rather than a requirement,So paid an additional $135 for them to change the sheets. The windows to look at the view are so dirty you cant take a picture of the view. They said our room had a balcony, there was no balcony or balcony access. The shower leaked and dripped the entire time. Tv has 15 channels free you have to pay for everything else, no stocked mini fridge or snacks in rooms. With all that said staff was all very friendly, kind and helpful. Every staff member we talked to through out the casino, restaurants and bars where awesome.
