Palms Place Condo Hotel & Casino

I loved how the location is close to everything without actually being on the strip. And the view was stunning.

The pool was so dirty, there was a dead bird that looked like it had been there for days and was already decomposing which was absolutely disgusting. And there were so many plastic cups sitting at the bottom that I lost count, I took some of them out because me and my wife got a cut on our feet by stepping on them but we ended up quitting and just getting out after we had stepped on like 4 of them.

The location was great. Close enough to the strip to get there quickly but far enough away to be restful. The view from our balcony was amazing.

Check-in took almost an hour. The line didn't seem that long so I guess their process was the reason. The location would not let us exchange towels as needed without a fee. Also, the shower curtain was too small for the shower stall. It was wheelchair accessible, so water covered the floor every time we showered. If we had been able to exchange towels this would have been easy enough. We had 2 TVs in the room but only one of them worked. The room smelled like weed on arrival and it took them a while to respond. The pool closed way too early for a vacation spot.

Did not care for the condition of the room. Some of the lights didn't work between the bathroom and the room. Still enough lighting to not be annoyed with it. Fabric on the headboard seemed to be peeling off pretty bad. Lots of small holes in the curtains. We had 3 small refrigerators and because the main 2 didn't work we had a random mini fridge on the counter.
