Palms Place Condo Hotel & Casino

Location was good and head balcony which was good. free car parking was great.

In the condo unit where we stayed did not have enough cutlery (only three spoons available); no pot for simple cooking for the kids. However, there were 2 pans which didn’t fit our purpose. Also, the drainage garbage crusher in the kitchen sink wasn’t working and it was broken, leaking and it spilled the water all over the cabinet underneath. So we couldn’t use use it during our entire stay Which was very inconvenient. This was raised to the hotel and they sent the technician who said it’s broken and the owner needs to replace it but they declined to go ahead to repair.

It was very spacious, loved how clean and nice the staff is.

I have no complaints

Overall great felt amazing staying in a condo for a week me and the wife loved it we have never experienced a condo as once we graduated highsxool we stayed in an apartment for one year and then went straight into buying our house so it was a great atmosphere

We tried to do housekeeping 6 days out of the 7 we were there and they never showed up so we didn’t get new toilet paper or towels or anything at all and the trash cans were small so we had nowhere to put our trash

Loved the location and the balcony

Did not care for the condition of the room. Some of the lights didn't work between the bathroom and the room. Still enough lighting to not be annoyed with it. Fabric on the headboard seemed to be peeling off pretty bad. Lots of small holes in the curtains. We had 3 small refrigerators and because the main 2 didn't work we had a random mini fridge on the counter.
