Quiet street walking to beach or shops

Garden at rear well away from living on 1st floor. A bit disconnected. Need to take all cooking implements and food downstairs to bbq. Not really a big deal but a nuisance with small children at times

The Alex Scott staff were very easy to deal with. Communication was great. The home is very close to the beach and is in a nice quiet location. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms were a good size.

The house wasn't as clean as what we expected it to be. It seemed like it had been locked up for a while and hadn't been cleaned prior to us arriving. On the lower level, the floor hadn't been vacuumed, the shower had quite a bit of scum that hadn't been scrubbed out of the grout. The window sills all over the house were covered in dust and bugs. The bbq on the deck was filthy too. Our main issue was the strong urine smell in one of the downstairs bedrooms. It was so strong it couldn't be used. The house was tidy but we were really disappointed with the level of cleanliness. The upper level bathroom was better. The house would benefit from having a couple.of portable fans in the lower bedrooms as the only cooling is in the upstairs living area.
