Breakfast was delicious with very good variety, and new food selection for the next day. The resort is quaint and was perfect for the family bonding. The moadto strip mall just adds another dimension to meal options without driving away, just walking distance from the resort. Swimming pool is overlooking the beach, parking is covered and pretty secure at the basement. We would definitely stay here again in the no distant future...
The beach during low tide reveals weeds and rocks that walking without feet protection could be hazardous.

Modala Beach Resort delivered an amazing stay. The breakfast was a standout! A generous spread of international favourites alongside traditional Filipino dishes that I genuinely looked forward to every morning. The location is perfect too, sitting right on a beautiful stretch of beach with easy access to shops, restaurants and nearby attractions.
A great place to relax and enjoy Bohol.
Ordering Grab (taxi) took ages because it was near the end of the island. However, the location was quiet, safe and you can really relax with your family.

It was a nice place with a great bed.
The location was very far out of the way. The fact that the hot tube was broken and that there were only 3 of the 8 outdoor activities offered really made me wonder about this resort. Honestly I had dinner at the Bellevue resort down the road and I wish I would have stayed there!
