The main living area is upstairs, featuring an open-plan layout with a comfortable lounge, flat-screen TV, DVD player, Xbox, and reverse cycle air conditioner—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen, including a pod-style coffee machine, flows seamlessly into the dining area and out to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine.
The master bedroom upstairs boasts a queen bed, built-in robes, a wall-mounted TV, and a bright ensuite with shower, vanity, and toilet. Downstairs are two more bedrooms: a queen room and a tri-bunk room that sleeps up to three, plus a fold-out single bed for extra guests. The main bathroom includes a spa bath, shower, vanity, and separate toilet.
Outside, the private yard features a decked area and BBQ, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A single lock-up garage provides secure storage for a jetski, surfboards, bikes, or other toys.

Property looked very nice upon arrival, Although different from picture. Maybe there was some painting done. clean and well set out inside. Got a bit cold at times, but it is winter!!
