About this apartment rental
Centrally located on the beautiful Garden Island of Kauai. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6, a full kitchen and lots of amenities. After exploring the island all day come home and relax on the lanai outside the living room or wake up to an amazing sunrise from the bedroom lanai. The endless white sand beach that borders this resort property just a few steps away encourages leisurely strolls down the coastline.
The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to dine in, and there are gas grills available for the perfect Hawaiian Bbq. Check out the local Sunshine Markets for fresh produce to complete your culinary creations. If you like to eat out and don’t want to drive, Kauai Beach Resort hotel across the lagoon offers a fine dining restaurant as well as a cafe and a snack bar serving ice cream and shave ice. A few minutes’ drive away, Kapa’a offers numerous additional dining options, from fast food to casual spots and local eateries to gourmet dining.
The condo is well equipped with a washer and dryer, hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs and beach towels.
Numerous activities are within a short drive providing a nearly endless choice of things to do. After a day filled with adventure, guests can take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool or relax in the hot tub.
Activities nearby include seasonal swimming, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, hiking, sight-seeing, shopping, tennis and golf.

Know ahead of time that you will need to go to an office not on the property to pick up and drop off the keys. There is no door code access. We enjoyed the space and found it very comfortable, clean and well equipped.

We came back to this location a second time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The condo is clean, comfortable and well equipped for a family, had everything we needed to cook and even had beach chairs and an umbrella to use. It’s a great location making exploring the beautiful island easy, and the beach next to it is amazing. Thank you for a great stay!

Great central location to go north or south! The beds are VERY comfortable and it had everything we could ever need. We loved all the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and games that were there too. Check in/out was easy and the property was beautiful. Great value for your money. We would recommend this area to anyone visiting Kauai!

We’ve stayed at the Kauai Beach Villas many tines but this was the first for the D9 unit. We normally stay in H12 but it was unavailable due to maintenance issues. The complex is very nice and conveniently located but the condo needs some work specifically the kitchen and AC unit. The kitchen needs a complete update and the AC unit needs to be replaced with a split AC like most of the other condos. The kitchen stove controls were difficult to turn and the window AC units were noisy and limited to the bed rooms. The kitchen was well equipped though and it was nice that you could sleep six.
