This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 6 and is located across the street from the public beach. You are just steps to the sugar-white sand and beautiful, emerald-green water of the Gulf of Mexico.
Our place offers a spacious one bedroom with a queen size bed, hall bunks, & queen sleeper for up to 6 guests. Enjoy our beautiful pool and Jacuzzi as well as walking distance to shops, restaurants, and nightlife.
Please note - there is no elevator in this building

This condo was wonderful! Such a great location with an amazing view! We have no complaints! The condo was very clean and had everything we needed plus more! We will definitely be returning!

Great location, great view. Condo unit we were in needs maintenance and or updating. Flooring bad, window facing ocean broken, wouldn’t open, wouldn’t lock and sun damaged making frame brittle and dangerous if children would be staying in the unit. Counters damaged in many places. Balcony door weather damaged close to if not time to replace. Had to apply temporary fix to upper cabinet door right side of stove, hinge missing screws and only 1 screw left on lower hinge fell out, reinstalled screw. Cleaners are not cleaning very well, layers of dust on top of fridge and other high places. Floor may be getting swept/vacuumed but not mopped, socks turn black when shoes off. Balcony glass of door and side windows very dirty don’t know when last cleaned, immediate bad first impression when wanting to look out at ocean. Closet doors not in tracks. Enjoyed stay, would stay again, just pointing out issues needing attention.

During our stay on October 8-15, 2022 we purchased a mattress topper, fan, and cooking utensils we purchased (which is noted in our list below). I have compiled a list of issues with the condo. We are respectfully requesting a 30% discount due to the issues listed below.CondoBedroom bed needs replaced (bought a mattress topper to make it sleepable)Bedroom ceiling fan is noisy (bought a fan so it didn’t keep us up at night)Rusty can opener Larger coffee cups neededMicrowave needs replacedCracked cereal bowl Pans need replacedCooking utensils need replaced Shower has mold (whole condo needs mold remediation)A larger hot water tank would be nice (can only take one shower before it’s out)Deck railing has some rotting (needs fixed)Smoke detector needs updated (it should have gone off but didn’t)Trash can is cracked Suggest updating pictures to fit with the beach instead of Africa HOAPool bath toilet seats need attachedPool too cold to swim in (pool heater should come on when water is below 80 degrees)Decking around pool needs replacedRound tables missing umbrellas First laundry room dryer doesn’t work More lighting around the grills neededNot sanitary for no hot water in pool bathsHand dryers don’t work in pool baths No paper towels in pools bathsNo soap in pool baths
