About this house rental
Nestled between the village of Bregoulou-La Palue and Saint-Hernot, large Penty of 80m² in local stone, 3 rooms, 2 hectares of land overlooking the countryside and small sea view, parking.
Last house with the garden to vis-à-vis, in a small quiet hamlet full of charm, at the level of the beaches of La Palue and Kerdreux accessible by a small path that is taken in front of the house. The work carried out and materials are of very good quality.
The fauna and in particular many species of birds (choughs, goldfinches, etc.) are regularly visible to amateurs as well as to experienced naturalists. Orchards, old apple trees and a field of flowers will give you the impression of being truly in the middle of nature and all this only for you!
Your dog will be welcome, and will benefit from a dreamy, unfenced playground.
It is composed on the first floor of a large living room with living and dining room, a large wood stove (wood according to stock available), a large very well equipped kitchen, a large bathroom / shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a bedroom with 2 single beds to reach the master bedroom: 1 double bed 140x190cm as well as a bathroom with toilet and sink, perfect for the night.
The house is made for 2 adults only. It will offer you all the comforts
Outside, where your dog will not know where to turn, table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue will be at your disposal.
The Presqu'île has 120km of GR34 coastal path, many beaches and spots for board sports, a wild and grandiose nature accessible from the house on foot, many walks or hikes.
For sportsmen or not, for photographers and just for the pleasure of the eyes, this place is exceptional and will allow you to forget everything else during the holiday time completely in the West!

Jolie maison en pierre au bout d'un hameau. Grand terrain-jardin, proche du sentier côtier, belle vue dégagée sur la lande. Plage accessible à pied, commerces et restaurants à une quinzaine de minutes en voiture. Spacieuse maison très bien équipée, nous avons été reçus par le propriétaire, très sympathique et disponible.
Idéal pour un séjour au calme et en pleine nature!
