* The place is beautiful.

* They offered us a late checkout (presumably to make up for our experience with cockroaches
- Cockroaches (one even got into our stuff and jumped out in the car on our way home)
- Response from the staff about cockroaches (they said unfortunately they are a fact of life in the area). I do feel they can be sprayed a commitment to do so at some point in the future would have been good
- Takes so long to get our bond back. It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting on it. I have been to other places since and they have already returned my bond
- The bond is so high ($500). Most places I go to these days preauthrorize a dollar or something small
