About this house rental
This home was in need of a lot of attention but we knew we had to have it with the view and potential we saw in the house. You can sit in the living room and enjoy the view or go out on the spacious patio to enjoy the surroundings. The kitchen is very well stocked that any cook will appreciate.
The air conditioner is for the main room. Bedrooms do not have air conditioning but the evenings are usually quite cool to just open your window and let the fresh air in.

This was a really nicely updated house with a great kitchen, a cool mid century modern vibe and lovely art. The radiant heat is nice. The owner was very good to work with. However with only two guests for a 2 night stay there was some difficulty with the plumbing so a group of six might be asking too much of the place.

We were looking for a cozy home-base from which to explore south eastern Utah, and this place was just the ticket! The large windows provide ample light and sunshine, and we were able to watch the stars at night and a family of deer at dusk. We loved the radiant heat concrete floors - the space stayed a warm, comfortable temperature even with a blustery snow storm socking us in.The kitchen is well-stocked with all the tools you’ll need to whip up meals, and the bathroom is large and nicely laid out. The three bedrooms were spacious, with nice linens and comfortable mattresses.If you are looking for a great base-camp from which to explore all that south eastern Utah has to offer, this place is it! Moab, Arches, Canyonlands, Monument Valley, Valley of the Gods, Bears Ears - all these beautiful places are only a short drive away!
