• This complex is currently for sale – guests may receive showing requests during their stay
• There is construction underway across the alley from this complex; timelines are uncertain, but crews adhere to city noise ordinances
• STR Permit #2025-1042
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The vacation rental was spotless.

Very nice place, was transferred here after original rental was unsatisfactory. Had problem with fireplace but was resolved next morning. The only thing i could see wrong is that many lightbulbs were burnt out. With this nice of a place I would think someone could change out light bulbs. All in all comfortable place to stay.

When we arrived it was hard to find the front door and figure out where exactly our rental was. The front of the building did not look like any of the pictures on VRBO. We parked and I started looking around the property. I don’t remember seeing in any emails that advised to go to the address and look for apartment one or two, but I did see numbered doors. I walked around the sides and back until I saw an area that I recognized from the pictures. I noticed the porch where the grill was which was on the second level. The door was not numbered but I attempted to open the door. The door was unlocked. I opened the and then I realized I was in the correct place by the pictures. I looked all around and walked downstairs and noticed the keypad on door one. The key code given worked on this door so I knew I was in the right place. The inside of the apartment looked great and looked exactly like the pictures. However, the outside looked horrible. It was a little uneasy feeling when the only car parked out front was an old Audi car with a busted window and a trash bag that used to cover the hole. The car was very beat up and it looked like it hasn’t been driven in months. The folks that lived to the left of the building, which appeared to be attached to our rental, was horrible. There was tons of trash, a boat, bicycles and just stuff thrown everywhere. It looked like it hasn’t been cleaned up in years.
