About this house rental
Take a look at this gorgeous 4500 square foot home in the desirable Upper Mission. The property is on 1 acre making it big enough for families with a grand front entrance and parking comfortable for three vehicles and extra parking for a fourth in guest parking. The main floor has an open concept with kitchen, living room and dining area looking on to the brand new pool and huge back yard with all new patio furniture and bbq. The main floor also includes one of the two master suites in the house which includes a queen, a tv with a walk in closet and a grand bathroom with a soaker tub and shower for two. The master also a patio door that leads right out to the pool and outdoor living.
The upper level leads up to the living area with a couch, fireplace and tv as well has three more bedrooms, and a semi private area with a pull out couch. The second master suite is on the upper level that mirrors the main level suite however has a cozy fireplace and a patio door leading to a big deck looking on to the pool a great way to have your morning coffee. Another bedroom right off the master that has a bunk bed which is perfect for kids and teenagers. The third bedroom is just like a master with the huge space looking down on to the pool. The upper level also has a huge double sink bathroom with a soaker tub. Also with more convenience a bar with a fridge and sink for any extra food or beverages you might have.
The property it’s only 2 minute drive away from Summerhill winery and cedar creek winery. Like to quad? Bring your quad and drive right up the street to go up the popular chute lake area for day rides. 12 minutes away from the new pandosy area as well as the popular gyro beach. You are 10 km away from downtown Kelowna and if you are a golfer you with love the many courses Kelowna has to offer. With the house being like a private oasis you may never want to leave! Perfect for families everyone has a ton of space to relax and to have fun.

Storage room above triple garage we sometimes have to access, that is connected to the house but you will not see us but may hear us in the storage room grabbing some things as we store things for our company in the room.

We enjoyed the Mission location as we’ve always wanted to stay in this area of Kelowna. Away from the downtown hustle but close enough to still partake in the action with a short drive. Property is large and easily swallowed up our party of 5. Would easily be comfortable for more. The pool and fire pit area in the backyard was great. I think we spent more time there than actually inside the house. Owners are very nice and respectful of their guests. No issues to mention and we’re always a quick text away if needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. TBH - Wish I wasn’t working and could go back right now!

Excellent property, just as advertised, clean and comfortable. We had four teenagers and the large pool and backyard was fantastic. Halley the host was wonderfull and was always available if needed. We had no problems however. We would highly recommend this property if staying in Kelowna.

We had a great week and are already planning to return next summer. The kids loved the pool and backyard. Hayley and Eddie were great.

The pool is easily the highlight of this property. Warm and clean. The home size undoubtedly attracts larger families or bigger # of guests but the area around the pool lacked loungers and umbrellas to truly enjoy the space. Only two loungers. No umbrellas. The outdoor sitting space (living room and eating area were very comfortable. The grassy areas were not well maintained with weed-like prickles hard on the feet.
The interior was extra large but each room offered only queen beds; the primary bedroom should have a king minimally. The kitchen was disorganized from a usefulness standpoint. So large that things were spread around and hard to find and disjointed. Eclectic may be best term the describe the utensils for sit down meals.
Cleanliness could be better also. Lacked a deep clean with cobwebs and dust. Based on The fees for cleaning after a stay, this was disappointing.
Hand towels and face clothes are not something guests pack and they were not readily available.
Generally this is a good property. Home is big and fits large family as guests. I feel the owner could do more to eliminate some of concerns such as organize the kitchen, deeper clean, and make the pool area more welcoming for guests and this would be a terrific VRBO. Location is good - just south of Kelowna. Quiet peaceful. Lots of room to enjoy.
