There is a 7/11 right downstairs making snacks and amenities very accessible.
Customer service was on and off, in comparison to other locations we stayed at, where they were staff always at reception greeting and ready to help, this location lacked that service. We struggled with luggage delivery, however, a young Vietnamese staff member was able to help us right away.
