About this house rental
4 bedroom, 3 bath modified split level on quiet lake in Maple Grove. Close to Minneapolis, so great for family get-togethers or traveling guests. Nicely updated with great lake views. Large yard and large deck with built-in hot tub (available approx. April through November). Summertime use of kayaks (2), paddleboards (2), paddle boat, and golf net. Basement has an additional bar, ping pong table and exercise area (treadmill, spin bike, mat, and weights).

What an amazing space! Our family of four felt immediately at home when we arrived. The house was immaculate and had the view to match! Five minutes into our arrival we saw a deer crossing the back yard. Lots of other friendly wildlife (squirrels, ducks, bunnies, geese and their babies) as well as other water birds made for the perfect Minnesota summer vacation. The outdoor space was a wonderful evening retreat including the sparkling hot tub. Everything we could possibly need was included. We only needed to bring our clothes. Ample stores and dining super close by. We loved how secluded this property was as there was a dense wooded area on on side of the property. Owner was super nice and very responsive to any questions we had leading up to the trip. All instructions were very clear. Such a lovely place! HIGHLY recommended! An additional floor fan in the master would allow for a bit more air circulation in the early evening. Each room had a fan which was great!

Spent the Memorial Day Weekend with our best friends. Only took us 30 minutes from the Twin Cities. Beautiful comfortable house with everything we could want and all of was modern and worked. Fished from the dock and caught bass, catfish and perch. Sat around the firepit, drank wine and listened to tunes. Barbecued, drank beer and wine and chilled out in the hot tub. And when we needed anything it was with in 5 minutes!! This place is spectacular!!!

Gracious host!Jill’s home is perfectly-suited for entertaining and “multiple chefs”. You can seat almost 20 in the kitchen/dining areas and the lower level is great for rainy day activities. We had a pontoon delivered to the private acesss, which we used each day.
