W sumie ładne miejsce. Czyste, chociaż wymaga już odświeżenia (małego remontu). Zadbany (codziennie sprawdzany) basen.
Po pierwsze, basen dzielimy z sąsiadami. Nigdzie w ogłoszeniu nie było o tym mowy. Może to być bardzo uciążliwe. Nie jest to pojedynczy domek, tylko bliźniak. Brak zmywarki, chociaż w ogłoszeniu jest. Bardzo mały parking. Niby na 4 auta, ale my musieliśmy parkować prawie w kwiatach
