Easy ski access and facilities on doorstep (shop, ski hire, laundry room, ski lockers, restaurant) beds were comfortable. (nice pillows and firm mattress) Sauna really nice and clean. The laundry room on same floor and drying cuboard in apartment was brilliant and really appreciated. Lots of clothes/coats storage space. Reception very friendly and helpful. We would like to stay here again.

Super location, a few steps to the gondola and slopes, ski rent shop, fab restaurant and a shop! Lovely sauna which we made good use of. Warm and great facilities with everything you would need for a home away from home.

Only very small suggestion is to have better pillows. It was such a nice apartment and facilities but the pillows were all so lumpy and not very comfortable. A small thing to make it too notch like the rest of the apartment. Also for checking in out of hours as we arrived around 11pm, had slight trouble getting into the building as we thought the code for the door was for the "hotel reception" door, didnt know that it was a code for a smaller door further down. Ended up calling out of hrs phone line, which security picked up but they didnt have our names on their reservation as the apartment we booked was owned privately (rather than being part of the hotel) and so they won't let us in. We were stuck outside in the cold until security ended up guving us a new code, by which we realised we were at the wrong door. Took about 30min but we got there in the end!
