Der turn Down Service wurde vergessen. Ist dann auf Bitten um 22:30 Uhr nachgeholt worden. Obwohl wir seit einigen Monaten häufig zu Gast in den Egernerhöfen sind und immer eine Junior Suite buchen, wurde uns für einen Late Checkout von 3 Stunden 315 € berechnet. Das ist war nicht sehr kulant…

Kleines feines Hotel!
Diesmal kein Turn Down Service in der Junior Suite Erst auf Nachfrage um 22:30 Uhr kam dann jemand. Für 3 Stunden Late Checkout, 315 € berechnet. Für Gäste, die in der letzten Zeit so oft kamen und immer nur eine Junior Suite buchten - nicht kulant.
