Central location and good value for money

Good central location. Nice little apartment - well-furnished and equipped. Really good fridge - we didn't self-cater but it would have been a good place to do that. Plenty of nice cafes nearby - but we ate at the Michelin starred restaurant Ste Walfrid, a short walk along the river. One excellent reason for staying here.

Info about location and entrance was meant to be texted to me but still hadn't arrived when we reached apartment - I phoned the owner and she sent the key code and the wifi pass word. Once online in the apartment I discovered the information had been emailed at midday - which wasn't helpful as my phone wasn't online then. The Booking.com info needs updating. Bit of a disadvantage that the second bedroom - 2 bunks - was accessed through the main double bedroom, which would be fine for a family but not good for privacy for us 2 friends travelling together. That could be clearer on the Booking.com site as well.

Ich war sehr erfreut über die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Das war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Es gab nur eine Sache, die nicht sauber war: die Toilettenbürste, die könnte man mal wieder austauschen. Ansonsten wirklich top sauber.

Das ist jetzt Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich fand es nicht so angenehm, dass die Lüftung im Bad mit der Lüftung in der Küche gleichgeschaltet war. So hatte man immer, wenn jemand im Bad war, die Lüftung in der Küche an, die recht laute Geräusche war.

Les parkings payants extérieurs ne sont pas signalés ausol ou ailleurs, et l'on se fait verbaliser alors que l'on croit que les places sont gratuites. La ville de vrait faire des efforts pour mieu informer les touristes que les places sont payantes. Ceci ne remet pas en caue la bonne appréciation sur le logement et le site.
