* Like all vacation homes, our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper, guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
**Pool heating and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking and are subject to availability and approval. Must be requested at least 72 hours before check in.**
*YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS HOUSE.**

- There is no overflow parking.

Very large house with very nice bedrooms. Comfortable beds, great pool with astonishing lake view. Very quiet place in a clean gated community.
We didn't miss anything. Perfect for vacation. Less than 30 mins to Disney.
But be aware: Our Chevrolet Suburban fitted very close between sideway and garage. One day we got a fine for "parking on sideway" because the car stood a little bit on the sidewalk.

The house is very nice and spacious, and in a great neighborhood, close to everything. Outdoor dining chairs cushions was not in such a good shape on the dining table needed to be rested. Other than that, I will Rent it again.

We had a good stay, the house was fairly clean. Not many pots or pans. The AC broke and started leaking into the floor on the upper floor. Maintanence came twice to fix it before the end of our stay.
