• Bedroom 3 - King Master bedroom, ensuite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and walk-in shower and large Walk in closet

• Private Pool(heated) and Backyard Oasis
• 5 minute walk to the beach
• Beach Gear (ALL), Bikes, Ping Pong Table and Corn Hole / Bags for guest use
• Central location in Holmes Beach, close to shops, restaurants, and marina (dolphin tour anyone?)
*Pool heat is included and maintained at 85F during the months of November thru April.
*Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
No Animals Allowed:
Due to this homeowner allergy, we are unable to welcome any animals including service and/or emotional support animals.

We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy the property unless accompanied by Parent or Guardian

- Maximum of 6 Total Occupants per City of Holmes Beach (city ordinance / building codes) and House Rules.
- You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a
respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors
of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
- Anna Maria and Holmes Beach have a strict “noise ordinance” which is strongly enforced between 10pm and 7am.
- Security device (video camera and sound monitoring) OUTSIDE ONLY (front door, side gate, rear patio) for the safety, security and protection of our home.

Plenty of kitchen supplies. Love that they provided coffee! Joe was amazing and very easy to get a hold of and handled everything promptly. Maybe just a few suggestions, a couple extra towels for the bathroom would be great, maybe mirrors in the bedrooms, so you can get ready in them if needed. The twin beds maybe need new frames, very loud. But we loved the place! Location is fabulous!

We had a fantastic week on the island, and loved this house. We found it exactly as advertised, and had everything you need to enjoy a week at the beach. The house was well stocked with all the kitchen extras, games and puzzles. The bikes were in excellent condition and the beach chairs seemed brand new. We enjoyed lounging by the warm pool and biking to the beach. There’s coffee, restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Joe was a fantastic renter, communicated everything very well and was always available to answer questions. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to the island.
