Todo muy limpio, cocina equipada. Patio con parrilla. Tranquilidad y privacidad. Buena ubicación (a dos cuadras de la terminal de ómnibus, y a tres del Carrefour tipo shopping).
Solo una de las habitaciones tiene aire acondicionado.
