The house has three double bedrooms that are distributed over two floors.
On the upper floor with sloping ceilings, there is the main bedroom, which has a double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with a shower, while the other two bedrooms, both with two single beds each, are located on the ground floor .
The ground floor also features a second bathroom with shower, a modern fully equipped American-style kitchen and a bright living-dining room with large windows from which you can access the porch that leads to the private pool.
Located on a small hill, the villa is completely surrounded by grass, holm oaks and wild olive trees.
