The rooms are big and comfortable

Everything. The hotel with brand kept its value. I m very happy. Me. And my partner enjoyd the stay.

Reception staff and room service staff were good. Room size was also good

1. We book half board, Kids meals portions were very little eg, 5 nuggets only or very very small plate of pasta. You can only choose one of them. 2. Breakfast was mentioned as buffet, however there was no buffet. They don't even have cereal in breakfast. Very little menu and no change for the whole week. Mostly using canned pineapples or apricots. Bakery items were stale. Plain paratha was inconsistent and not even close to real paratha and omelette was raw on the middle despite telling him twice. Also, they didn't have sugar free tea which was disappointing. Most of the staff in gipsy restaurant can't understand basic English. We found cockroach in coffee vending machine in the Boston restaurant. Meal and dinner was so limited that we had to pay out of pocket for more items although dinner was included in booking. Both restaurants menu for half board were very limited and on top of that half of the limited items on menu were unavailable.
