We rented this due to the proximity for medical treatment at the nearby hospital. Check in was pretty straight forward, unit was clean upon check in. The maintenance on this unit and the building in general is lacking. In the unit, cabinet doors are loose and not aligned, lighting goes out and took 19 days and 2 missed appointments to correct, the microwave light was the same, this is a downstairs unit and the sliding glass door does not lock. The common area trash room had a rubber glove in the corner on the floor for over a month even though they have a crew vacuuming the floors each week; the middle of the underground parking garage where it is darkest had lights burned out and never replaced.If it were not for the location and its proximity to the hospital, I would not have stayed as long as we needed to.
