We arrived during a major heatwave (43 degrees) and the air conditioning worked and was great! Also the owner was so lovely and arranged for us a bespoke salad with some extra local ingredients (like foie gras) that wasn’t too heavy for the day! We had a lovely chat with her and it felt like meeting an old friend! The room was also lovely- v clean and within walking distance from the town centre. Thank you again for a delightful stay!!

The hotel is completely charming, with a comfortable sitting and dining area. The rooms are clean and well equipped. And dinner was the best meal I had during my two weeks in France. But the icing on the cake was the gracious, friendly staff who bent over backwards to meet our every request (even when I mistakenly asked for dinner at the ungodly hour of 6:00 pm instead of 8:00 pm).
There wasn’t anything I disliked.

The location, the breakfast and the host hospitality.
The breakfast is relatively rich when you compare to other places in France. As well the waiter prepared scrambled eggs for us and she was always renewing anything that was missing.
No lift so you need to climb up 2 floors (in our case) with your luggage.
The floow of our room was uneven.
The bathroom doesn't look good and there was no option to hang the douch in the shower.
