Holiday cottage converted from a former school in the village center, adjoining another cottage. Ground floor: living/dining room/kitchen (stereo system, single sofa bed). Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), shower room, toilet. Wi-Fi. Shared 800 m² courtyard, private terrace (garden furniture, griddle). Bicycles available. Thalassotherapy 12 km. Balneotherapy 5 km. Other cottages in the school building: H85G010514, H85G010515 and H85G010516. Options: End-of-stay cleaning: €40/stay; Bed linen rental (1 or 2 people): €10/bed/stay; Towel rental: €8/person/stay.

From La Roche-sur-Yon, head towards La Tranche-sur-Mer, exit at Nieul-le-Dolent. Upon arriving in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, at the roundabout (near the quarry), turn left, continue straight ahead, take the first left onto Rue du Chai (towards Jard-sur-Mer), and stop at the first large gate on the right. It's a large stone farmhouse with pale green shutters; enter the courtyard.

Location totalement conforme à l'annonce. Réception sans problème. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire, très sympathique et chaleureuse.
Équipement complet, situation idéale pour visiter la région, en particulier à vélo avec les nombreuses pistes. Localité très calme et reposante.
Séjour parfait, nous reviendrons .
