Great location 80m walk to beach. Well laid out apartment for a couple and a teenager.
Decent balcony, Decent TV. Not far from some exceptional food.
I contacted the owner and he organised me a hire air blade bike.
Not many foreign tourists was a bonus. Beach ok (Nha Trang better, but much busier)
Locals are genuinely friendly
The building is big. Great landmark for navigating home on the bike
Had to ask to get clean towels. The washing machine on the balcony didn't work (but 30k a kilo of laundry 50m from the building). I couldn't get access to a normal pool or infinity pool with my access card. I think you may need to pay extra - not sure.

Удобное расположение, вторая линия от пляжа. Современный комплекс, большие апартаменты, все в рабочем состоянии, хорошее соотношение цена-качество. Без проблем разрешили заселиться раньше и выехать позже без каких либо доплат.
Недостаточно чисто, грязные стены, плохая уборка, мало посуды для приготовления еды и сервировки, система лифтов плохо налажена иногда долго ждать, но все это не критично для нас.

Phòng khách sạn với ban công rất rộng, có view ngắm nhìn cả thành phố và cảnh biển. Có máy giặt, bếp nấu, bát đũa rất tiện lợi nếu cần nấu nướng. Giá quá rẻ cho 1 vị trí đẹp giữa trung tâm TP lại giáp biển.

We like that it was close to the beach, one block off, and that there were lots of restaurants around that we could have our meals
They also were able to arrange a motorcycle for us to rent for the time that we were there
We were on the 25th floor so we had a pretty amazing view of the town and the beach
The staff was very attentive
The apartment needs a good clean over and fresh clean no stain towels. Needs more shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
Even though it’s an apartment, I wouldn’t eat there. There’s so many restaurants around that are so good and affordable.
I’m not usually a very picky person but this really does need a good clean overhaul
But we didn’t spend a lot of time there
