Die Kommunikation mit Familie Stuffer war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Da es unser erster Urlaub in St. Ulrich war, erhielten wir von ihnen gleich zu Beginn einige schöne Empfehlungen. Die Ferienwohnung fanden wir wie im Inserat beschrieben, gut ausgestattet und sauber vor. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt finden sich einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele gute Restaurants. Wir selber nutzten St. Ulrich als gut gelegenen Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Wanderungen in den Dolomiten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns bereits auf den nächsten Besuch!

Zu zweit eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Sehr geräumige Wohnung, wunderbar ruhiges Schlafzimmer - vom Straßenlärm bekommt man überhaupt nichts mit. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt gerne Wandertipps. Alles in allem Top, sehr gerne wieder :-)

Wir durften 1 Woche bei herrlichem Wetter im schönen St Ulrich verbringen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, wir haben unser Auto die ganze Woche nicht gebraucht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und die Ausstattung ist für einen Skiurlaub mehr als ausreichend. Auch die Vermieter sind sehr Nett und standen immer mit Rat und Tips bereit.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die FeWo war in sehr guten Zustand, alles sauber und vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Der Skibus hielt direkt war dem Haus. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die FeWo gerne weiter empfehlen.

Die Fewo war genau wie im Portal beschrieben, das Objekt ist sehr gepflegt und liegt zentral. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend, der Garten kann genutzt werden. Wir haben am Abend oft gemütlich im Garten gesessen oder zu Abend gegessen. Die Vermieter sind immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Im Ort gibt es reichlich Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen, Lebensmittel einkaufen oder Brötchen holen am Morgen- alles zu Fuß in kurzer Wegzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Auch beim 4. Mal in Arieda war wie immer alles super. Das Haus ist sehr modern und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wieder wohlgefühlt. Diesmal spielte auch das Wetter mit und es gab sogar Neuschnee Mitte März. Vermutlich werden wir nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung und Bilder entsprachen vollständig den Beschreibungen. Der Skibus hält direkt vor der Tür und bringt einen Richtung Sellaronda oder Seiser Alm. Abends konnten wir uns Dank des kostenfreien Eintritts ins Schwimmbad im Whirlpool oder Salzbecken erholen. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war äußerst nett, diese Standen mit vielen Tipps und Hinweisen die Woche über bereit. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in den Dolomiten !!

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat uns auch wertvolle Tipps für Touren gegeben. Das Zentrum, Restaurants und auch das Hallenbad sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ebenso wie die Lifte. Haben zwei schöne Wochen verbracht. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Una settimana bellissima in appartamento nuovo, pulitissimo e molto accogliente! Gentilissimo e disponibile il proprietario che ci ha dato anche alcune info sulla zona. Noi eravamo 2 coppie di adulti e siamo stati benissimo. Spazi giusti e comodi sia nella zona giorno che in quella notte. Dall'appartamento a piedi si raggiunge il centro di Ortisei comodamente. Consigliatissimo!

Die Wohnung ist modern, geräumig und großzügig eingerichtet. Auch zum Kochen ist alles vorhanden. Das WLAN ist schnell. Die Lage ist gut, am Ortsende von St. Ulrich, in Richtung Wolkenstein. Nah an der Straße, aber durch einige Häuser vom Lärm geschützt. Wir hatten trotz ausbaufähigen Wetters eine tolle Woche und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren für 12 Nächte im Arieda-Appartement. Freundlich wurden wir von Alexander Stuffer und dessen super freundlichen Familie begrüßt. Hat man Probleme oder Fragen wird einem sofort Geholfen. Auch Mails vorab wurden meist ohne großen Zeitverzug beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben! Dazu ist sie sauber und modern. Es fehlt zwar eine eigene Terrasse, aber man kann den Garten draußen mitbenutzen. Die Dusche hatte einen kleinen Fehler, den hat Alexander aber sofort behoben - wir haben nach einem Toaster gefragt und er hat uns seinen eigenen geliehen.. solch einen Gastgeber kann man sich nur wünschen! Alexander hat sich sogar die Zeit genommen uns einige Wanderungen vorzuschlagen und detailliert zu beschreiben. Wir haben alle vier Empfehlungen gemacht und waren begeistert. Alexander weiß, was er einem empfehlen kann :) Das Gesamtpaket ist hier eindeutig 5 Sterne wert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wohnung wie beschrieben - Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - nichts zu bemängeln! => Weiterempfehlung Zentrum fussläufig gut zu erreichen - Skibus hält direkt neben Wohnung. Super - Skigebiet!!!! Was will man mehr? Warum nur 4 Sterne - weil geringfügig "Luft nach oben ist" :-)

Appartment zum Wiederkommen

Alles passt hier. Der Skibus hält vor der Ture, man kann aber auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum übungshang gehen von wo man weiter zur Seiseralm Gondel abfährt. Ortszentrum und Restaurants sind alle nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt, oder man benutzt den gratis Skibus. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und um das Wohl des Gastes bemüht. Die Ausstatung ist modern, auch alle Geräte und Kochgesschirr sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Uns ist nichts abgegangen und wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen wieder.
