Truly phenomenal views of the sea and the mountain above Makarska. Rarely will you get a place so close up to the mountain to enjoy its beautiful ridges and colors, herbal scents, and cooler temperatures at night. Large, comfortable terrace and spacious rooms and living area. Generally clean.
The indoor space is modestly appointed, which is slightly disappointing considering the terrace and the view. Only small towels are provided which is the first time I've had this experience in a rental; large bath towels are a must so I hope the hosts change this. Due to location, there are lots of insects in general - which can be charming if you are not afraid. You absolutely must have a car to enjoy this location (unless you plan to only observe the sea) - it's over 300m above sea level, so the incline is brutal.
