I liked it a lot! I will definitely return

It is an amazing peaceful place. The golf course is beautiful and the location very good. The nearest city L’Isle Sur la Sorgue is charming and the market fair has a lot to explore. The staff is friendly, the bakery service is very good

There was somebody doing repairs at the place and park the truck in front of our chalet. It happened twice, we complained but they only took it out on the other day. It takes all the beautiful view of you want to stay outside

Disappointing

The landscape is lovely

This is not a hotel, and we were told this in no uncertain terms when we checked in. It is a golf resort with rentable rooms and apartments. Bedding is not included and you will be charged 15 euros each for a bedding. No free WiFi, and have to clean and return your bedding to reception when checking out. Apparttments are tired and no air con. It's expensive for what it actually is

it was very neglected and old. there were lots of broken things in the room. the hotel rents the duvel sets. I haven’t seen the hotel that doesn’t include the bed sheet set.

A fair stay in a very nice region in France. Still a lot of things to improve. Not what we expected.

It was a good stay in a very nice region of France, given we had a car and could get around easily. The bedroom was large and was comfortable.

Not very modern, looked a bit old. Very bad and unstable WIFI, only in the common areas. Additionally it is unbelievable that in these type of places they are still charging you for towels and bed sheets even when they charge a considerable amount of money and the offered breakfast could be a lot better. The policy on cleaning the rooms before check out is ridiculous and the fee they charge for not doing it is extremely overpriced. In general a lot of things regarding client service to improve (based on the policy of the hotel not the treatment of the people working there, which were very nice with us).

The right place to have relax, nature, history and good wine experience.

Quiet and relaxing place, sorrounded by nature with the comfort of services as swimming pool, tennis, paths along the golf course. The houses are confortable, well furnished, large enough thanks to the pretty veranda. It is a convenient place to reach interesting touristic site like Avignon, the ocra canyon, pont du Gard, Arles, Nimes, ..

We Fi is not included and you requested to pay for it. But the bad thing is that it doesn’t work efficiently. It is very slow and often doesn’t work at all.

Thank to the staff our vacation was pleasant. The resort is way behind four stars standards.

Tennis court and pool for children amusement. The staff at reception was very helpful! Friendly and always willing to help regardless our limited French. The staff deserve four stars the rest of the resort not.

the pool and the golf court

very sparsely equipped kitchen facilities. we’re asked to fill out a list of inventory and about half of the equipment were missing. returning the list they did not care at all, asked what we mostly needed and handed the list back to us without registering any of it. The next guests will most likely not be better off. The staff in the reception were not able to answer elementary questions. The impression was that they did not care at all or could only communicate in French. We booked an apartment for six people. Blankets for the beds were only provided for three persons. We did not even bother to ask for more knowing the previous responses. Had to pay for Wi-Fi access. But the acces only included four devices. Besides there was only very low band width and pour coverage if at all any.

Enjoyed the scenery and walks, and very quite evenings, sitting on our balcony with a glass of wine

The large balcony with deck chairs, table and dining chairs, with a wonderful view, the simming pool and walk along the canal path, fully recommend to walk to the aquduct and up to Fontain Vaucluse and beutiful riverside village with many resturants, bars and shops

Some of the golf buggy drivers, nearly ran us over on a pedestian walkway, the next day the same driver drove through the no exit gate, wrong way and nearly crashed into our car.

The fact it was not clearly mention that the sheet was not included in the room. We had to paid an extra 20€ for the sheet and towel. Wifi was not working Swimming pool was smaller than expected.

This place felt like a complete scam. We paid 300 euros for a night and a) the hotel was not nearly as nice as it looked on the Website and b) The charged us 40 euros additional to have sheets and towels in the room (and there was no soap etc. Outrageous for ANY hotel, let alone one that ran 300 euros a night.

1. V našem apartmánu nefungovalo Wifi, přestože bylo inzerováno. Dokonce byl tak špatný signál, že jsme neměli ani datové připojení. 2. Chyběly mycí prostředky na nádobí i utěrka. Opravdu si na dovolenou nevozim tablety do myčky. 1 toaletní papír na týden pro 3 lidi. 3. Recepce nebyla otevřena do 19 hodin, ale pouze do 18. Tam by bylo WiFi, ale přes den jsme byli na výletě. 4. V sobotu při večerním návratu jsme se nemohli dostat přes bránu, protože změnili kód a neřekli nám to a recepce byla zavřená.

Le lieu est sympa

Les draps = payant, drap de bain = payant, serviettes = payant, tapis de bain = payant, télévision = payant, wifi = payant... voir la (longue) liste dans photos. Les appartements sont vétustes, la déco horrible, le mobilier des années 90, les lits limite, le ménage = horrible des toiles d'araignées, poussière sous les lits, ménage mal fait, pas de poêles pour cuisiner, les équipements vieillots, bref, l'intégralité doit être revu et amélioré.

Je reviendrai parce que j'aime le lieu.

J'aime particulièrement la région, le calme et la sécurité des lieux. Les appartements sont bien disposés et spacieux. La literie est bonne, mais ils devraient se mettre au goût du jour avec des couettes et laisser tomber les couvertures poussiéreuses d'antan! C'est comme un petit village de petites maisons disposées dans des allées, entre la verdure des pins et les espaces golf. La piscine est agréable et le restaurant/bar, un lieu de rencontre. J'aime que seuls les résidents puissent avoir accès au village, (digicode à l'entrée des grilles) on se sent en sécurité.

C'est la 3è fois que je viens. Cette année, le gérant a changé et certaines règles aussi. Pas d'état des lieux en sortant, ce qui fait qu'il manque pas mal d'ustensiles de cuisine... mais on peut demander à la réception, sauf qu'ils n'ont pas vraiment de stock. Mon lave-vaisselle est tombé en panne après une semaine et ils n'avaient pas le modèle en stock pour le changer. Toutefois, je dois dire que le personnel a été réactif en se déplaçant très rapidement et était désolé de ne pas pouvoir le changer avant mon départ. Les toilettes de la piscine étaient en piteux état; chasse d'eau cassée, pas de savon, pas toujours de papier, un meilleur suivi devrait être mis en place. Le marché hebdomadaire présentant des produits locaux n'a plus lieu et c'est dommage.

Une semaine ressourçante dans un bel environnement avec plein de choses à faire dans les environs

Les logements sont bien équipés, au calme et sans vis à vis. L'implantation dans le golf est agréable et apaisante. La situation géographique est parfaite pour visites des villages dans un rayon de 20 km

La réception, ils ne savaient pas répondre à nos questions. Dommage qu'à la piscine, il n'y ait pas un petit bar.

Appartement vieillot tout est payant télé wifi drap en plus il faut faire le ménage alors que le prix est très élevé au départ dommage le site est magnifique
