Excellent communal area which includes a tennis court, ping-pong, huge swimming pool and playground for children.
This spacious and bright apartment, with capacity for 6 people, consists of a large living room with access to the terrace, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a guest toilet, 3 bedrooms, of which one twin, the other one with a bunk bed and the third is a double bedroom.
It is located just at 500 meters from the beach and close to all services.
It has a private parking space in the community garage.
We remind you that linen and towels are not included in the price and can be rented for a fee of 10 € per person for sheets and 10 € per person for towels. Just let us know if you are interested so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

Buena ubicación en Calella. Piso correcto, con todo lo que necesita, lavavajillas, lavadora, etc. Incluso un poco de vista al mar desde el balcón (aunque un poco pequeño para comer al aire libre). Zona comunitaria agradable con piscina grande y pistas de tenis.
Sin embargo las camas se tendría que mejorarlas. No es aceptable referirse a "alto standing" y tener camas muy pequeñas, colchones duros y almohadas demasiado flojas. La calidad del sueno en vacaciones es fundamental y las camas tienen que tener un nivel adecuado.
