Estava tudo muito limpo e organizado, ótimo chuveiro, camas confortáveis, bem próximo da praia, tem estacionamento dentro do prédio, zelador muito simpático e atencioso.
Não gostei muito da escadaria devido subir e descer peso, é uma complicação na chegada e na saída, minha amiga que tem mais idade e restrição de movimentos teve certa dificuldade. A geladeira estava com defeito e molhou toda cozinha, estragou alguns alimentos, pois não gelava o suficiente.

Sinceramente a limpeza não foi do meu agrado. Fios , plugs e tomadas grudados de rolo de pó , alguns colchoes sem plástico ou proteção. O sofá coberto com tecidos rasgado, as almofadas de tecido bem surrados , não tive coragem de sentar e encostar.
