A localização é boa com muitas coisas por perto.
O apartamento é um imóvel antigo mas não seria problema se as instalações tivessem manutenção, a geladeira refrigerou no segundo dia porém vazava água, o chuveiro é horrível das duchas mais simples e o sofá também está muito ruim.

Principalmente, do chuveiro excelente e as acomodações confortáveis como a cama e o sofá, além da televisão ser bem alta.
Das forminhas em armários no alojamento, a geladeira levemente instável e com sons preocupantes (mas gelando). Dificuldade para falar com o proprietário.

A localização é ótima!
Sofá desconfortável, itens e móveis muito antigos, falta utensílios de cozinha. A Geladeira vaza água na cozinha e não gela bem. O fogão só ascende com segurança 1 boca, as demais o fogo fica estranho. O freezer tinha algo estranho congelado e não achei seguro utilizar.
