L’endroit est typique des Bahamas . Maison très bien décorée mais sans doute moins de moyen pour l’entretenir . Nous avions eu une chambre plus vétuste la première nuit et après un petit soucis , la dame qui s’occupe de la location nous a immédiatement changé de chambre et là c’était top.

L’entretien des lieux pourrait être mieux , ce lieu est tellement magnifique mais ce n’est pas trop dérangeant en soi.

Our room was pretty much as described, they have used some kind of app to make everything appear so much brighter on their online photos to how it is in real life but our beds were comfortable and the room was clean, the air con worked well etc.

Steps were hard with the push chair and the drive way was very broken concrete with lots of rubble also making it hard with a pushchair, the light in our kitchen didn’t work so we had no way to make food after dark, the pool area was very unkept with ripped cushions on the seating, most the sun loungers were broken, the interior of the pool was all marked, lots of things need repairing or repainting. The photos on booking.com are completely outdated and I believe have been brightened up and made the property look immaculate on AI as it’s just disappointing when you look at the photos. It’s not bright and like a post card scene. The check in process was hard because no staff were on site and my phone doesn’t work in the Bahamas apart from WiFi so I couldn’t get in touch with anyone for ages as I couldn’t find the property, we we’re waiting about 40 min after we arrived for someone to come let us in. I asked if I could leave after my first night as the photos were a complete inaccuracy and I was disappointed and asked for a refund for the rest of our booking but was ignored. Booking.com need a policy in place where it protects their customers. There is no shop near to buy water etc you have to catch a bus to the next town, there are only two restaurants close by to eat at and you have no choice but to do that as shops are so far away.
