Stone Holiday House Katarina is a charming, fully renovated traditional house located in the small village of Klimno on the island of Krk. The house is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village, yet close enough to easily walk to the center or the shore. If you are looking for a comfortable, traditional house with a private pool and plenty of privacy, Stone House Katarina is the perfect choice.
The house is spread over two floors, with a total living area of 90 m², and sits on a 310 m² plot. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, both equipped with air conditioning, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, hairdryer, and washing machine. Both bedrooms have access to a terrace that leads to the garden.
Upstairs, you’ll find an open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a spacious living room. The kitchen has all modern appliances, while the dining area seats six people. The living room offers a comfortable sofa that can serve as an additional bed for two people. There’s also access to a terrace with a table for six, with stairs leading down to the yard, where you can relax by the pool. The yard features a private pool with sun loungers and a large stone barbecue, perfect for preparing Mediterranean dishes. Two parking spaces are available, along with Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Klimno is a quiet village, yet just 50 meters from the house, you’ll find a grocery store, restaurant, pizzeria, bar, bakery, and playground. Rijeka Airport is only 11 km away, the bus station is 50 m from the house, and the ferry to the islands of Cres and Rab is 20 km away.
The island of Krk offers a diverse range of activities for every type of visitor. Beach lovers will enjoy the variety of beaches, including rocky, pebble, and sandy ones, with four of them awarded the Blue Flag for their cleanliness and quality. Krk is also a haven for nature and outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous hiking and cycling trails to explore. Such a beautiful, quiet house and town. We stayed with two kids and a baby, it was perfect for us. Branka is incredibly nice and helpful. We felt right at home!

Great holiday house and super nice and helpful hosts! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the clean, comfortable and well equipped land house. We could see and feel how much love, work and personal details went into the house. Absolute recommendation and thanks again to Branka and Janus!

Wir durften eine Woche im schönen Haus verbringen, die Lage ist im Ortskern, ein Steinwurf vom Meer, jedoch trotzdem sehr Ruhig und Privat. Im Ort befindet sich ein äußerlich unscheinbarer Supermarkt in dem man alles findet was man braucht. Essen kann man z.B. im Hafenrestaurant Zal, dies hat direkt am Wasser eine Unschlagbare Abendstimmung und gutes Essen. Reservieren würde ich empfehlen, wer aber einfach so hin geht, findet meistens auch ein Platz. Als angenehm habe ich empfunden, das ich mich mehr oder weniger mit Deutsch verständigen konnte. Städte in näherer Umgebung wie z.B. Krk, Rijeka und Crikvenica haben wir besucht, diese laden zum flanieren und shoppen ein. Wer ein Großeinkauf für den täglichen gebrauch machen will, dem empfehle ich das Kaufland in Rijeka, das ist ein sehr schöner Laden den ich so Zuhause vermisse, echt top. Die Preise im Restaurant oder Einkaufszentrum sind wie erwartet Preisgleich wie Zuhause (Austria)
